Biographical Note

The Bank of Endicott was organized in 1903 and operated as an independant state bank until 1964 when it was voluntarily liquidated and succeeded by a branch of the National Bank of Commerce of Seattle. In recent years the N. B. of C. assumed the name Rainier National Bank.

The records consist primarily of ledgers, accounts, and correspondence from 1903 to 1935.
