The Committee consisted of staff and faculty, including the Personnel Coordinator. Dallas W. Norton served as Personnel Coordinator and Assistant Registrar from 1947 until 1962. Student personnel staff and programs provided opportunities and services to encourage educational, vocational, social, and personal development of all students.
