Content Description
The records document the tenure of Jerry Moskus, president of Lane
Community College, 1990-2001. The collections contain reports from and
correspondence with organizations outside the college, reports and other
administrative records from internal college committees and departments, other
correspondence, legal files, speeches and writings by Moskus, administrative
records in topical files, administrative records as kept by Marie Matsen and
Tracy Simms of the President’s Office, maps, videos, and photographs.

The collection contains photographs that have been transferred from
their original folders to the Archives photograph file cabinet.
Acquisition Information :
Records were transferred from the President’s Office to the college
archives in 43 accessions between 1993 and 2004. Many of the records concerning
the League for Innovation’s Vanguard Learning College (VLC), 1997-2002, were
acquired from Bob Barber, a member of the VLC Leadership Team.
Processing Note :
The collection was transferred by the President's Office to the
Archives in 43 accessions between 1993 and 2004. The records in these
accessions were consolidated into one collection when they were processed by
Cindy Chabre in 2006 and 2007.
